Questions
Do you accept any creative?
No. We review every creative before it goes live. We reject anything misleading, deceptive, sexually explicit, gambling-related, political-campaign-affiliated, or that breaches the editorial line. Replacement is free if a creative is rejected.
How do I provide my creative?
After payment confirms, you receive a one-time access link tied to your campaign. The link lets you upload HTML or an image, set the destination URL and alt text, and submit for review. No login or account required.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked. After your creative goes live we offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion if you cancel.
What about adblockers?
We expect 10–20% of impressions to be blocked. We do not work around adblockers and we do not gate content behind acknowledgement. The price reflects this loss already.
Do you have analytics?
Click counts per day, broken down by slot. No impression tracking, no conversion pixel, no fingerprinting. The simpler measure keeps us GDPR/CCPA-compatible without needing a consent banner.
